William Philip Ross Munro is a graduate of the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, France.

A contemporary fine artist in mixed media, as well as traditional painting techniques, Ross Munro also specializes in Commissioned Art work. His works figure in Art Collections of note, including the Art Bank of the Canada Council for the Arts. Ross' Contemporary Photography evolves around water images and the human figure.
